"Great experience! We had a gas line burst leaving us with no heat in 30 degree weather. Harvey West's plumber's came out within 3 hours from the time I called them. The plumbers did a supurb job and was fast too. They got the city permit, gave me the help I needed to get all the city inspectors and the gas company coordinated to get the gas back on fast. And Harvey's plumbers came back several times to make sure the city was doing their part with the inspection and to help me get the gas company to hook the meter back up. Their fast service was critical because I am a cancer patient and the cold was making me sick. And they were dressed and looked like pros and did not dirty the house up walking thru. I'll definately call these guys when I neeed a plumber. And I recommend them!"
