I found their site on new years day. Read the details on how they find a slab leak and decided to post a request for them to call. Promptly 8 am the next day they called. We described the leak and they estimated the fix cost before they arrived. They showed up on time. Found the leak in an hour. It was in the closet near the bathroom. They drilled the hole in the concrete and made a small hole in the drywall. Four hours from the time they arrived, they were done. They had fixed the leak, filled the hole in the concrete and cleaned up the mess made by drilling. And their estimate was spot on. Would use them again for any other plumbing needs in the future. Great experience! We had a gas line burst leaving us with no heat in 30 degree weather. Harvey West's plumber's came out within 3 hours from the time I called them. The plumbers did a supurb job and was fast too. They got the city permit, gave me the help I needed to get all the city inspectors and the gas company coordinated to get the gas back on fast. And Harvey's plumbers came back several times to make sure the city was doing their part with the inspection and to help me get the gas company to hook the meter back up. Their fast service was critical because I am a cancer patient and the cold was making me sick. And they were dressed and looked like pros and did not dirty the house up walking thru. I'll definately call these guys when I neeed a plumber. And I recommend them!

When we had a foundation repair, it was discovered that our sewer line had come apart at a joint. When we were dissatisfied with the company that isolated the leak, we turned to the yellow pages & found Harvey West Plumbing. I was impressed by everyone with whom I had contact, as all were attentive, courteous and professional. The repair was done in a timely manner, and care was even taken to keep our landscaping in tact; I was astonished when the workers volunteered to replant the bushes that they removed to get to the repair. From start to finish, I was pleased with the service offered by Harvey West and would definitely recommend the company.
