Needed my bathroom sink replaced, overflow tray for the washing machine replaced, leaking kitchen faucet replaced, valve in the bathroom shower handle replaced, and chose to have all three toilets rebuilt sine one was leaking and the inside equipment was all rusty (hoping a prospective buyer will appreciate rebuilt toilets).
